Model MSI (light-duty)

The light-duty Model MSI Floor Sweeper is ideal for quick pick-up of nails, staples, wire and any discarded ferrous metal debris. These magnetic floor sweepers come with durable rubber wheels and powerful magnets that feature a pulling force of up to 8 Lbs. Standard widths: 24", 36" and 48".

Model MFS (heavy-duty)

The heavy-duty Model MFS floor sweeper is designed to handle the toughest scrap metal problems. The Model MFS efficiently retrieves forming nails, chips, tie wires and other tramp ferrous metals to protect employees, equipment and floors. These models feature adjustable height and soft tread, solid rubber tires. Standard widths: 24" and 36".

Forklift-Type Floor and Road Sweepers

Model FLS

The Model FLS clamp-on permanent magnet readily adapts any forklift to a magnetic floor sweeper in seconds. The magnet sweeper can then maneuver around machines and under overhanging obstacles. To ensure maximum productivity from your investment, Stearns has designed the Model FLS to be easily installed by one person. Standard widths: 36", 48", 60" and 72".

Model MRS

The Model MRS self-contained road sweeper keeps your rolling equipment maintenance costs down. These simple-to-operate, cost-effective road sweepers are easily towed behind vehicles, keeping loading areas and paved or unpaved roadways free of nails and other harmful tramp iron. With features such as an adjustable clearance (from 2" to 6" off the surface), self-contained debris-carrying pans, an adjustable tow bar, and all-weather durability, Stearns looks to maximize your up-time and productivity. Standard widths: 72" and 96".

Model ERS (heavy-duty electro magnet road sweeper)

The Stearns Heavy-Duty Electro Magnet Road Sweeper is ideal for large surface areas, with extra-large, 96" powerful electromagnets to remove all sizes of harmful tramp metal. The Model ERS provides the strongest magnetic field for efficient recovery of nails and harmful tramp metal on large paved surfaces. Completely self-contained, powered by either a gas or diesel generator, this unit can be towed in and around a plant or other areas to clean floor surfaces that can't be cleaned by larger road sweeper designs. Made to operate in all weather conditions and easy to maintain, the unit features remote operator controls that allow the tow vehicle operator  to energize or de-energize the magnet without stopping the vehicle. Compact design, coupled with a low center of gravity, make this the ideal magnetic road sweeper for airports, shipyards, warehouses and plant floors.
